The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the abc356 website at abc356.vip, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any application or software provided by abc356 for the purpose of accessing the Services.
• "Services" means all gambling, betting, gaming, and related services offered by abc356, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and game show products.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual upon completion of the abc356 registration and KYC process.
• "Real-Money Balance" means the verified, withdrawable funds held in a User's abc356 wallet that represent actual Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits or confirmed winnings, as distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations, involving submission and review of government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a User on any game, event, or market offered on the abc356 platform.

2.1. By accessing the abc356 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2. These Terms incorporate by reference the abc356 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any Promotion or Bonus you claim. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall govern with respect to the specific promotion only, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3.1. To be eligible to register and use abc356, you must: (a) be a natural person aged 21 years or older; (b) be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise lawfully permitted to access and use the Platform; (c) have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law; (d) not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of abc356, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3.2. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You further warrant that you are accessing the Platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of, or for the financial benefit of, any third party.

3.3. abc356 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where abc356 has reason to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met.

4.1. Each individual may hold only one (1) abc356 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2. You are required to complete the KYC verification process before making any withdrawal from your abc356 Account. abc356 may, at its discretion, require KYC completion before allowing deposits or access to certain features. KYC documents accepted include PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card with photo, and PRC ID.

4.3. abc356 processes KYC submissions in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. abc356 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.4. All registration information must be provided in your true legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID. Nicknames, pseudonyms, or incomplete names are not permitted. Any discrepancy between registration information and identity documents will trigger a KYC review and may result in Account suspension pending resolution.

5.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your abc356 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. abc356 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account.

5.2. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any wagers placed and any transactions made. abc356 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access occurred because you disclosed your credentials to a third party, failed to maintain credential security, or used a shared or public device to access your Account without taking appropriate precautions.

5.3. You must notify abc356 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. abc356 will investigate and take appropriate security measures, which may include temporary Account suspension during the investigation period.

5.4. abc356 will never contact you by phone, SMS, email, or messaging application to request your password, full card number, or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from abc356 and requesting such information is fraudulent. You should report any such attempts to [email protected].

6.1. Deposits may be made using approved payment methods listed on the abc356 platform, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the abc356 Account holder.

6.2. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed on the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

6.3. Deposits made in error — for example, an amount deposited to abc356 that was intended for a different account — should be reported to abc356 support immediately. abc356 will investigate and, where the error is substantiated, will take reasonable steps to facilitate correction, subject to verification requirements.

6.4. abc356 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it has reason to believe the funds may be of illicit origin, where the payment method has been flagged for fraud, or where the deposit would constitute a breach of PAGCOR or AMLA requirements.

7.1. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified abc356 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and any request to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger an account review.

7.2. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved on the Account. Accounts with incomplete or pending KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification resolution.

7.3. abc356 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typical processing times are: GCash — 5 to 15 minutes; Maya — 5 to 15 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay — 30 minutes to 2 hours. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed; delays may occur during peak periods, system maintenance, or compliance review.

7.4. abc356 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding specified thresholds as required under PAGCOR and AMLA regulations. Processing of such requests may be delayed pending completion of the verification review.

7.5. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited from the withdrawable amount.

8.1. abc356 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which will be stated at the time of the promotion. These Terms govern bonuses generally; specific promotional terms govern the details of individual offers.

8.2. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the offer; bonuses not satisfied within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account.

8.3. abc356 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus where it has reason to believe that the User has: (a) opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) colluded with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially; (c) used betting patterns or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play; or (d) provided false information in connection with a bonus claim.

8.4. Bonuses are intended for recreational players. abc356 reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers from any User at any time where the User's play pattern is inconsistent with recreational gambling or where continued eligibility would constitute an undue financial risk to the platform.

9.1. Game-specific and sport-specific rules governing bet settlement, void conditions, and special situations are published within the relevant game or sports betting interface on the abc356 platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understand the applicable rules for that game or market.

9.2. All slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The results of each round are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any action by abc356.

9.3. For live casino games, the game result as declared by the live dealer and confirmed on screen is final, subject to any evident and demonstrable dealing or technical error. Minor discrepancies in camera angle, audio, or streaming quality do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

9.4. For sports and e-sabong betting, markets are settled in accordance with abc356's published settlement rules for the relevant sport or market. In the event of an event postponement, cancellation, or other interruption, settlement will follow the specific rule applicable to that market type, which may include voiding the bet, settling on partial results, or awaiting event completion within a specified period.

9.5. abc356 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any transaction where there is evidence of: a manifest error in pricing or odds; exploitation of a technical error or system bug; or any other circumstance that a reasonable operator would consider to make settlement of the bet unfair or inconsistent with the intended conditions of the market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abc356 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in a name other than your own true legal name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access or use the Platform on behalf of another person, as a proxy, or for commercial purposes other than personal recreational gambling.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, glitch, or pricing anomaly on the Platform, whether or not you believe abc356 is aware of the issue.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading of sports betting information, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of any game or event offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or with abc356 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Conducting chargebacks or reversals on deposits after funds have been wagered, or any other form of fraudulent payment behavior.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abc356 employees, support staff, or other Users.

Any breach of the prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Real-Money Balance and Bonus Funds, permanent exclusion from the Platform, and referral to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offense.

11.1. abc356 provides the following responsible gaming tools in every User's account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; reality check notifications; and one-click self-exclusion with a minimum exclusion period of 30 days.

11.2. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the abc356 platform are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. abc356 is obligated under PAGCOR regulations to enforce self-exclusion and will not accept deposits, process withdrawals (other than return of pre-exclusion balance), or allow access to any gaming feature during an active exclusion.

11.3. Users who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to contact PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming resources. abc356 will refer any User who self-identifies as having a gambling disorder to appropriate support services.

11.4. abc356 may at its discretion impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where the platform identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior. 11.5. All Users are reminded that gambling involves financial risk and that the house maintains a mathematical edge across all games over the long term. Never gamble with money allocated for essential expenses such as rent, utilities, food, or debt repayments.

12.1. All content on the abc356 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of abc356 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

12.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational gambling. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

12.3. Any unauthorized use of abc356 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal action for infringement under Philippine law.

13.1. The abc356 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abc356 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. abc356 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your particular requirements or that any specific result will be achieved through your use of the Platform.

13.2. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, abc356's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of Real-Money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

13.3. abc356 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether abc356 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

13.4. Nothing in these Terms limits abc356's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14.1. You may close your abc356 Account at any time by submitting a written request to abc356 support. Upon closure, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2. abc356 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) abc356 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any competent regulatory authority; (c) abc356 has reason to believe your Account is being used for prohibited conduct; or (d) abc356 is otherwise required to act to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

14.3. Following permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, abc356 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other misconduct is confirmed, abc356 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

15.1. abc356 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, abc356 will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2. The most current version of these Terms is always available at abc356.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

15.3. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

16.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the abc356 Platform.

16.3. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact abc356 support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. abc356 will endeavour to resolve all valid complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, Users may also escalate to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

16.4. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
